The Pink Monogram is a registered trademark, and as a corporation is based in South Carolina.  We are established with Online, Brick and Mortar, Wholesale, Social Networking and Manufacturing presences since our inception in 2002. 

Beyond our name and business model each manufactured product is protected as prior art trademark.  Below are examples (but not limitations) of that copyright form.

Each clog design or product created by or for The Pink Monogram (“TPM”) is the property of TPM. This includes but is not limited to design elements such as fabric, thread and sole combinations, whether monogrammed or not, pom-pom and painted sole embellishments and any and all hardware.

Any use of TPM designs or design elements is an infringement on TPM's common law trademark rights and this notice constitutes TPM's demand that any design infringement cease and desist immediately. Any entities that use TPM designs or design elements will be billed $3000 per month per commercially available product for use of creative design without permission.

Parties that alert TPM to unlicensed design use will be compensated. Please contact Customer Service.
